Seller jumped on a fumble for a TD to beat the Brooklyn team on Dec 3rd, 1911.

In a Nov 7th article from the Oregon Daily Journal, Coach "Red" Rupert proclaimed his Oregon City team the 1916 "Independent State Champions" based on beating the Washington (Vancouver) Athletic Club 20-7, and Multnomah only scoring a 13-6 victory in a game Rupert was acting as head linesman of the officiating crew during.  The attempt to goad the Winged M's, the team he captained in 1915, into a game did not succeed and the team went on to play a series with the Columbia Park Athletic Club for the 145lb Oregon Championship that ended in a tie on December 10th, and picked back up on December 17th losing to Columbia Park 7-6.  At the time, teams ending "championship" games in ties when time expired would return to play each week after in a full new game until a winner was decided.  The most infamous taking place in 1911-1912 between the F.E. Watkins White Caps and the Portland Mohawks who started their championship match on January 13th, 1912 and played four-consecutive scoreless ties before the Mohawks finally took the 1911 Archer Wiggins Section I title on February 11th with a 5-0 score.  Five full weeks and five full games were played to decide the winner.  Portland registered 10-defensive shut-outs including those four "playoffs" during the season but marked only 6 ending in outright victories.  The Mohawks gave up 9-total points in 13 games.

1931:  Pete Miller ripped off a 90-yard touchdown run against Albina for the Giants only score of the day on Nov 1.
